Join us at the offices of Alston & Bird for a lively panel discussion of the Supreme Court’s recent patent decisions and the practical implications of those decisions on patent practice going forward. This CLE will feature a discussion of the recent decisions addressing PTAB post-grant proceedings in Oil States Energy Services, LLC v. Greene’s Energy Group, LLC and SAS Institute Inc. v. Iancu . The panel also will discuss the anticipated decision on foreign lost profits in WesternGeco LLC v. ION Geophysical Corp. Will these decisions impact how companies defend patent infringement claims? How is the USPTO responding to these decisions? What will the future bring? Come to hear our panel’s thoughts on these important questions.

Lunch will be provided.
