Call for Nominations and Annual Meeting / Election
Dear Privacy and Technology Law Section Members –
We are now accepting nominations for the new section secretary for the 2019-20 term. Per our bylaws, the new secretary will serve a one-year term, then the following year becomes the section vice-chair, then the following year becomes the section chair. Running for this position therefore represents a three-year commitment to serve as a section officer. The deadline to submit nominations will close at 5 p.m. ET, May 28.
The election of the new secretary will take place at our Annual Meeting at 12:30 p.m., Friday June 14, at Alston & Bird LLP, One Atlantic Center, 1201 W. Peachtree St. NE #4900, Atlanta, GA 30309.
