Fiduciary Law | Executive Order 04.09.20

On Thursday, April 9, 2020, Governor Kemp signed Executive Order 04.09.20, which addresses remote notarization and attestation on a temporary basis. The leaders of the Section received the final text of the Order on Friday, April 10.
