The evidence is in and can no longer be ignored: Too many lawyers aren’t thriving. It’s time to take action.
The first National Lawyer Well-Being Week—starting today, May 4, through May 8—is one way to do so. You’re invited to join us in efforts to highlight ways to help us all “Feel Better…Be Better.”
Each day we will highlight a particular activity or topic to focus on, and we urge you to participate with others in the legal profession in activities that promote health and happiness among lawyers and their support teams.
Follow the hashtag #LawyerWellBeingWeek on social media to find daily resources for these topics:
– Monday | Physical Well-Being
– Tuesday | Spiritual Well-Being
– Wednesday | Career/Intellectual Well-Being
– Thursday | Social Well-Being
– Friday | Emotional Well-Being
