Notice of Annual Meeting
The Georgia Bar Nonprofit Law Section will hold its annual meeting during the Nonprofit Law Seminar taking place at the State Bar Conference Center on Wednesday, March 4th. The annual meeting will begin at 12:45 p.m. and last approximately 15 minutes.
During the annual meeting, Robyn Miller, Chair of the Section, will:
– Provide an update on Section’s 2019 – 20 activities and finances,
– Discuss plans for 2020 – 21,
– Call for a vote on bylaw revisions, a copy of which can be found here [ sbog.info ] , and
– Present nominations of 2020 – 21 officers for the Section.
If you would like to nominate someone for an officer position, please email Section Chair Robyn Miller [robyn.miller@pbpatl.org] no later than February 28, 2020. Nominations will also be taken from the floor during the annual meeting.
