In celebration of its 30th year, the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism will hold a CLE entitled Professionalism Then (1988) and Now (2019) [ www.gabar.org ] on Friday, December 13, at the Emory University Conference Center Hotel. [ www.emoryconferencecenter.com ]

The CLE will look at how the legal profession has changed over the past 30 years and explore how those changes impact legal professionalism.

Attorneys in attendance will receive 6.5 CLE hours, including 1 ethics hour, 3 professionalism hours and 1 trial practice hour.

Program topics will include:

• Ethics Issues in E-Discovery

• The 1988 Consultation on Professionalism: A Conversation with Dean James and Dr. James Laney

• Diversity, Microaggression and Professionalism

• Professionalism and Communication in the Digital Age
