Please join the Franchise and Distribution Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia on June 26 from 5 – 7:00 p.m. for its Annual Meeting at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, 1100 Peachtree St. NE, Suite 2800, Atlanta, GA 30309.
The event will feature a panel discussion about the impact of increased legalization of cannabis and CBD on franchise and distribution law, including issues surrounding CBD-infused products and challenges faced by cannabis franchise brand owners. The panelists include Pamela S. Krop, Sr. Vice President and General Counsel at Green Roads, Matthew W. Clarke of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP and Marc Lieberstein of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.
A cocktail reception sponsored by the Franchise and Distribution Law Section will take place after the panel discussion.
