*REMINDER* CLE Panel Discussion | Legal, Tax, and Other Issues Concerning Private Foundation Grants To and Investments In Non-Charitable Organizations

Please join us for a panel discussing “Legal, Tax, and Other Issues Concerning Private Foundation Grants To and Investments In Non-Charitable Organizations.” Our panel of experienced experts will discuss the ground rules for private foundation grants to and investments in non-charitable organizations. Topics to be addressed include private benefit issues, expenditure responsibility, and practical considerations. Legal and tax advisors to private foundations as well as program officers will benefit from the panel’s presentation, and a question and answer session will follow.

The panel will feature John Tyler (General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Ethics Officer of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation) and Natallie Keiser (Senior Associate, Community Economic Development and Neighborhood Transformation at the Annie E. Casey Foundation). Cassady V. Brewer of Georgia State University College of Law will moderate the panel.
